Since all our products are custom-made on demand, we do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, it is processed and fulfilled immediately, which makes it non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we offer an exchange. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

  • Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply, except in cases where we made a mistake.
